Sleighbell has been a Sutton Christmas habit for close to thirty years. The fields hold Fraser, Canaan, and concolor firs plus white pine, and shaking and baling come with the tree — you cut it, they clean it up and tie it on.
The log cabin Gift Barn is half the reason families make the drive: ornaments, holiday decor, and a Santa Express train running through it. Santa himself works a Saturday early in the season. Opening day has been the Friday after Thanksgiving year after year, with weekends after that and weekday afternoons by appointment.
