Critz Farms

Cazenovia, New York · Madison County

Call ahead unconfirmed for 2026

We couldn’t confirm this farm’s 2026 season — call before you drive.

Critz Farms has been a Cazenovia fixture for decades — cider mill, sugar house, corn maze, nature trails — and it is one of very few Christmas tree farms in the country with a working brewery and cidery on the same property. You can finish the tree hunt with a pint in the tap room.

Cut-your-own balsam, Fraser, and Canaan fir run about $60 up to eight feet, with saws handed out and wagon rides carrying you and the tree back to the barn. Inside the barn there's a full pre-cut selection from tabletop up to ten feet, and wreaths from 20 to 60 inches made fresh daily.

One caveat: when we checked in August the Christmas tree page still read 'Out of season', so the 2026 dates weren't up yet. Call or look at the site before you drive out.
